On September 23, a batch of ID800×1600×2000mm dredging pipe floats passed factory inspection and were loaded for shipment at our plant. This order totals 60 containers and will be exported to Vietnam for a local underwater dredging pipeline project.
The exported ID800×1600×2000mm floats are made of high-density polyethylene through rotational one-piece molding. They deliver stable buoyancy, great anti-aging performance, seawater corrosion resistance and impact resistance. These floats are mainly used with sand pumping and dredging pipelines, offering dependable buoyancy support for offshore conveying pipelines.
Before placing this bulk order, the Vietnamese client ran product tests and visited our factory in person. They were satisfied with the quality of our rotational molded floats and our delivery capacity. We keep strict control over every stage, from raw material selection and product forming to factory inspection and container loading, to make sure the products can stand tough offshore working conditions overseas.
The client told us they plan to place repeat orders after this cooperation. Their trust gives us more confidence to expand into larger overseas markets.
